The curriculum at Aditya Birla Vani Bharati is designed to challenge and engage students while also preparing them for future success. The curriculum includes Math, Science, Social Studies, English, and various foreign languages. The school also offers a variety of extracurricular activities, such as music, art, sports, and clubs, to help students develop their interests and abilities.

Pre-primary: Their Pre-primary area provides a joyful, child-centered environment in which youngsters learn through play, craft, art, music, dance, and drama. This level consists of classes L.K.G. and U.K.G. (ages 3 and a half to 5 and a half years). The entry age for L.K.G. is three and a half years old as of April 1 of the academic year.

Primary: This level contains classes I through V. The age range is between 5 and 1/2 and 10 and 1/2 years. As of April 1 of the academic year, the minimum age for entry into class I is 5 and a half years old. Children study English, Hindi/Bengali, mathematics, environmental science, activities involving information technology, art, craft, music, dance, and physical education.

Secondary: This level contains classes VI through VIII. The age range is between 11 and a half and 13 and a half years. Children study English, Hindi, Mathematics, Science, Social Science, a third language, and Information and Communication Technology as well as Art, Craft, Design, Music, Dance, Drama, and Physical Education.

Sr. Secondary: This level includes classes IX through XII. The range of ages is 14 to 17 years old. The curriculum follows the Central Board of Secondary Education's recommendations.

Admission process:

The Aditya Birla Vani Bharati School admits students from all backgrounds. Typical admission requirements include submitting an application, submitting academic records, and taking an admission exam. The admission test evaluates a student's academic ability and assists the school in determining which students are the best fit.

Admission is granted solely on the basis of test performance. The admission forms must be filled out with the utmost accuracy by parents or guardians.

Admission notification is provided two months in advance. The notice is posted on the school's bulletin board, at the school's entrance, and on the school's website. Copies are distributed to members of the Society and Unit Heads of neighboring operating factories. After a prospective student provides his or her date of birth, the admissions forms are distributed by the office clerk in accordance with predetermined timeframes. The office clerk verifies the forms and returns those that are missing information. Then, a revised admissions list is compiled.

After filling up the admission form follow the below-mentioned procedure:-

  1. There is a specific date for the written examinations. The Principal interviews all applicants and their parents. All accepted candidates are provided with bank fee books, and the receipt of bank fees is recorded in the admissions register.
  2. Parents are interviewed before admitting Lower Kindergarten students (age group 3 1/2 and older).
  3. Students seeking admission to other classes must take an entrance examination in fundamental subjects such as Hindi, English, and Mathematics. The test's difficulty level is based on the class level of the applicant.
  4. In order to evaluate the child's future performance, the guardians are carefully examined during the admissions interview.
  5. Parents, students, teachers, the principal, and office staff are the key players in the process.

Required Documents at the Time of Admission: 

a) Separate passport-sized color photographs of the child, and his or her parents.

b) Municipality, Corporation, or Panchayat-issued birth certificate (Original & Photocopy)

c) Blood Group of the child.

Class L.K.G admission information will be posted to the school's website in September/October, Class XI in December/January, and all other classes in February.
